Volleyball Recap: Catalina Foothills Takes a Loss

Catalina Foothills lost against Maricopa back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Falcons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rams. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Catalina Foothills' defeat dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Maricopa, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-12 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Catalina Foothills is set to challenge their familiar foe Casa Grande at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Maricopa will face off against rival Mountain View at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
