Colerain (Cincinnati) was the first National Champion crowned by MaxPreps, way back in 2004.
MaxPreps made its national football debut back in 2004. And ever since that day we have named a Freeman Computer Rankings National Champion. In 2009, the Xcellent 25 writers' poll was created to give fans a different look from a MaxPreps writers' perspective. Here is a look back at all of the national champions dating back to 2004.
