Hillgrove won against McEachern last Friday with 47 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Hillgrove Hawks were the clear victor by a 47-23 margin over the Harrison Hoyas. The Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Hillgrove's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aeris Macon, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds. Macon is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as she's now posted two or more in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Yolanda Floyd, who posted 12 points and five boards.

Hillgrove smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in three consecutive contests.

Hillgrove has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.8 points per game. As for Harrison, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-7.

Hillgrove will be playing in front of their home fans against Paulding County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Paulding County has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 231 points over their last three matches. As for Harrison, they will host Osborne at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
