Volleyball Recap: Temescal Canyon Takes a Loss

Temescal Canyon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Liberty Bison. The Titans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bison apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17, 18-25, 25-8.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Liberty to victory, but perhaps none more so than Taylor Dallin, who had six kills and three aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Cadence Drumm, who had 18 assists and two aces.

Temescal Canyon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Liberty, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Temescal Canyon will take on Yucaipa at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Liberty, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Heritage at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
