Basketball Recap: Fort Osage Takes a Loss

Fort Osage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 67-52 bruising from the Grain Valley Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Indians of the 67-48 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Fort Osage's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Grain Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

When Fort Osage and Grain Valley next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Fort Osage will try to stop Raytown's three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Grain Valley will square off against Kearney and their three-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
