Alpharetta had won 17 straight at home dating back to last season, but on Thursday they bumped up to 18-1 to make it 18. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Forsyth Central Bulldogs. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Raiders this season.

Among those leading the charge was Kailey Leonard, who had 12 digs and four assists.

As for Forsyth Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss they have suffered since September 19, 2024.

Forsyth Central's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Izzy Sharp, who had nine assists and seven digs, and Summer Frost, who had five digs.

Looking ahead, Alpharetta will venture away from home to face off against Lambert at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Forsyth Central, they will host East Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
