Basketball Recap: Mount Pisgah Christian Academy Drops Highest Score of Season Against Berean Christian

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mount Pisgah Christian Academy). They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat Berean Christian 79-49. Mount Pisgah Christian Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 23 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mount Pisgah Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kaylynn Walls, who went 9 of 13 on her way to 25 points in addition to eight steals and five assists. The match was Walls' seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Brooklyn Foster, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 11 rebounds.

Walls wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Mount Pisgah Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Mount Pisgah Christian Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points per game. As for Berean Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.
