Basketball Game Preview: Hammon Warriors vs. Merritt Oilers

The Hammon Warriors will challenge the Merritt Oilers at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Hammon was fully in charge, breezing past Hinton 70-20. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 41 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Merritt didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Snyder on Tuesday, but they still walked away with a 38-33 victory.

Merritt's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-8. As for Hammon, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-3.
