Baseball Recap: Canutillo Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Canutillo entered their tilt with Andress on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by an 8-1 margin over Andress. Canutillo has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Andress, too.

The team relied heavily on Aaron Alvarado, who scored a run and stole three bases while going 2-for-3. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Ian Melendez was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Canutillo's win bumped their record up to 10-4-2. As for Andress, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.
