Oakwood skates past Westville with ease

The Oakwood Comets scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 58-31 victory over Westville on the road. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Oakwood has posted against Westville since February 10, 2020.
Jaydah Arrowsmith was her usual excellent self, scoring 20 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Gracie Hanner was another key contributor, scoring five points along with three steals.
Oakwood's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-17. As for Westville, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-20.
Oakwood will be playing in front of their home fans against Iroquois West at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Westville, they will head out on the road to face off against Chrisman at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
