Monday just wasn't the day for Miramonte's offense. They were outmatched by the Benicia Panthers and fell 59-0. While losing is never fun, the Matadors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 513th, while the Panthers are ranked 174th).

Benicia was led to victory by Kaitlyn Nichols and Kalea Cronin. Nichols rushed for 67 yards and two scores on only seven carries, while Cronin gained 92 total yards and three touchdowns. The dominant performance also gave Nichols a new career-high in passer rating (138).
