Volleyball Recap: Nederland Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Nederland lost against Two Roads Charter School back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Panthers fell 3-1 to the Falcons.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-14, 20-25, 25-20.

River LeMaster paced Nederland's offense, picking up nine kills. LeMaster got some help from Reya Levy and her nine assists. Naima Bullings and Roonagh Mannion kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with four aces apiece.

Nederland's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Two Roads Charter School, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-7 record this season.

Nederland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Cripple Creek-Victor on the 25th. As for Two Roads Charter School, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Ascent Classical Academy at 6:00 p.m.
