There's no place like home for Lookout Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Copper Basin Cougars 10-8. Maycee McGlamery was a standout: she went 3-for-3 with five RBI and a double. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Addison, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3.
On Copper Basin's side, Riley Hall was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with a home run, five RBI, and two runs. Angela Graves was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
