Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Christian Academy Comes Up Short

If Jefferson Christian Academy was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Fultondale on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles came up short against the Victory Christian Lions on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Lions from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Jefferson Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Victory Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-6 record this season.

Jefferson Christian Academy will head out to take on Appalachian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Victory Christian has already played their next contest (against Ranburne), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
