Basketball Recap: Elton Takes a Loss

Elton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were outmatched by the Grand Lake Hornets and fell 61-18. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 61-23 to them when the teams met back in February of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Elton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-21. As for Grand Lake, their victory bumped their record up to 14-11.

Elton has already played their next match, a 51-25 loss against Sacred Heart on the 13th. As for Grand Lake, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 43-34 defeat against St. Edmund on the 14th.
