Recap: Sundance Bulldogs vs. Lingle-Fort Laramie Doggers
On Friday, the Sundance Bulldogs faced the Lingle-Fort Laramie Doggers in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Sundance lost to Lingle-Fort Laramie on the road by a decisive 70-54 margin. Sundance's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
Leading Lingle-Fort Laramie to victory were Brody Roberts and Brady Cook. Roberts scored 27 points along with five rebounds, while Cook scored 26 points along with nine rebounds and five assists. The match was Roberts' seventh in a row with at least ten points. Ned Nelson was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with three steals.
Sundance's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Lingle-Fort Laramie, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-2.
