Soccer Recap: Chandler Finishes Even with Boulder Creek

Chandler and Boulder Creek pushed the score to 8-1 the last time they played Boulder Creek, but on Monday defenses reigned supreme. Wolves and the Jaguars finished up their match with a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Chandler's first draw of the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Bryan Castro, which was the first he's scored this season.

Chandler's draw gives them a new season record of 3-2-1. As for Boulder Creek, they moved theirs to 1-1-3.

Coming up, Chandler will take on Mountain View at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Boulder Creek, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against Brophy College Prep at 6:00 p.m. Brophy College Prep's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Boulder Creek's offense will have their work cut out for them.
