There's no place like home for Torrington, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Burns Broncs on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Trailblazers in their matchups with the Broncs: they've now won six in a row.

Torrington never let Burns on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-21, 27-25.

Zoe Wilson paced Torrington's offense, picking up ten kills. Wilson got some help from Natalie Long and her 26 assists. Wilson also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Ellis Mortimore, each putting up two.

Torrington's victory bumped their record up to 15-12-2. As for Burns, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-17.
