Football Recap: Orange County Gets Big Victory over Higher-Ranked King George + How To Watch

Orange County lost to King George back in August of 2019, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Fighting Hornets enjoyed a cozy 24-6 victory over the Foxes. The win was all the more spectacular given the Fighting Hornets' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia football rankings (they are ranked 186th, while the Foxes are ranked 36th).

The victory got Orange County back to even at 1-1. As for King George, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Orange County will head out on the road to challenge Courtland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for King George, they will welcome Riverbend at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
