Basketball Recap: Grace Leech's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Bryce Valley over Milford

Bryce Valley lost against Milford back in March of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bryce Valley Mustangs lost to the Milford Tigers on the road by a 46-28 margin. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Several Mustangs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Grace Leech, who posted 12 points. Mia Barna also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Milford found their leader in sophomore Jaidyn Mcmullin, who went 8 of 17 en route to 21 points. Another player making a difference was Karsydi Vestch, who scored seven points.

Bryce Valley's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Milford, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 7-9.

Bryce Valley has already played their next game (against Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Milford has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Piute.
