Recap: Stover Bulldogs vs. Green Ridge Tigers
The Stover Bulldogs posted their biggest win yet this season on Friday. They claimed a resounding 57-24 victory over Green Ridge at home. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Stover also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.
Ashlyn Pinzke continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 24 points along with five assists and five steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Stover's points. Hannah Bauer was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with two steals.
Stover now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Green Ridge, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 4-11.
Stover will be playing at home against Sacred Heart at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sacred Heart is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Green Ridge, they will head out on the road to take on Ballard at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
