After losing to Vista Ridge the last time they met, Georgetown decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Georgetown Eagles walked away with a 5-1 win over the Vista Ridge Rangers on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Georgetown's victory bumped their record up to 11-8-1. As for Vista Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Georgetown will take on Weiss at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. Georgetown's pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so Weiss' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Vista Ridge, they will challenge Stony Point at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Stony Point will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Vista Ridge surely won't give up without a fight.
