Volleyball Recap: Riverside Takes a Loss

Riverside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 11-23. As for Woodrow Wilson, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-13-6.

Riverside didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Cabell Midland on the 25th. As for Woodrow Wilson, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against St. Albans on the 25th.
