Baseball Recap: Fremont Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Fremont took on Oakland on Friday. The Tigers came up short against the Wildcats, falling 18-8. The Tigers have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Fremont's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Oakland, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-4.

Coincidentally, Fremont and Oakland will both be playing Oakland Tech the next time they take the field. The Wildcats will host the Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on May 5.
