Basketball Game Preview: Jay Hawks vs. Westinghouse Warriors

The Jay Hawks will take on the Westinghouse Warriors at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Jay knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Westinghouse likes a good challenge.

Last Saturday, everything came up roses for Jay against Newtown as the squad secured an 82-48 win. The Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Westinghouse didn't have too much trouble with Achievement First on Saturday as they won 66-48. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Jay now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Westinghouse, their victory bumped their record up to 13-2.

Things could have been worse for Jay, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 67-52 loss to Westinghouse when the teams last played back in December of 2025.
