Soccer Game Preview: White House vs. Christ Presbyterian Academy

White House hasn't had much luck against Christ Presbyterian Academy recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Blue Devils are taking a road trip to take on the Lions at 6:30 p.m.

White House is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Springfield with a sharp 5-1 win on Thursday. With White House ahead 4-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Christ Presbyterian Academy was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor Cane Ridge could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

The victory made it two in a row for White House and bumps their season record up to 2-11. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those two matchups. Christ Presbyterian Academy's draw makes their record 2-9-1 this season.

White House might still be hurting after the 10-0 loss they got from Christ Presbyterian Academy when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can the Blue Devils avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
