Osborne hadn't done well against Trego recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Golden Eagles by a score of 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Golden Eagles last Saturday, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

While Osborne might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Trego scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19.

Peyton Clark paced Osborne's offense, picking up ten kills. Clark got some help from Camrun Taylor and her 21 assists.

The win made it two in a row for Osborne and bumps their season record up to 7-8. As for Trego, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-6.

Osborne didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Wheatland-Grinnell on the 20th. As for Trego, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Logan/Palco on the 20th.
