White Oak had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Arp Tigers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Roughnecks also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2019.

Tyson McKinney was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. Jordy Robertson was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

White Oak pushed their record up to 12-2-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Arp, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11-1.

White Oak will have a chance to go back-to-back against Arp: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
