Tyler Feldbruegge put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April of 2024 on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out 12 batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.

Feldbruegge's strong effort led Dominican over St. Catherine and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights are 8-1 against the Angels going back to May of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
