Watertown fell victim to Ansonia and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 42-0 loss at the hands of the Chargers. The Warriors have struggled against the Chargers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Watertown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Ansonia, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
