Baseball Recap: Bradford Tornadoes vs. P.K. Yonge Blue Wave

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Keystone Heights, Bradford was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the P.K. Yonge Blue Wave 5-4. The victory was some much needed relief for the Tornadoes as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Ryland Rike made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.
