Basketball Recap: Bryan Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Bryan posted their biggest win since February 22nd on Friday. They put the hurt on the Montpelier Locomotives with a sharp 50-26 victory. The win was all the more spectacular given the Golden Bears' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 359th, while the Locomotives are ranked 120th).

Bryan's victory was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.4 points per game. As for Montpelier, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-2 record.

Bryan and Bowsher will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
