Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Edmund Burke Academy walked away with it. They blew past the Augusta Prep Day Cavaliers 59-25 on Tuesday. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 contests by 22 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Leila Eastmead, who went 11 of 20 to rack up 25 points and six steals. Eastmead is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least four every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Payton Palmer, who went 5 for 6 en route to 10 points.

Edmund Burke Academy's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.1 points over those games. As for Augusta Prep Day, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-22.
