There's no place like home for Southridge, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Florida Christian Patriots on Saturday, sneaking past 4-2. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Southridge now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Florida Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southridge will welcome Keys Gate at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last four games Keys Gate has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Florida Christian, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Archbishop Carroll at 7:15 p.m.
