Football Game Preview: Casteel Colts vs. Queen Creek Bulldogs + How To Watch

The Casteel Colts will face off against the Queen Creek Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Friday, Casteel got the win against Corona del Sol by a conclusive 35-14. Considering the Colts have won three matchups by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Tee Smith had an outrageously good game as he threw for 255 yards and four TDs on only 18 passes, and also rushed for 88 yards and one score. Smith is crushing it when it comes to passing touchdowns: he's passed for at least three every time he's taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was Brody Smith, who picked up 97 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Queen Creek, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They took down Desert Vista 33-19 on Friday.

Casteel pushed their record up to 5-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 35.5 points over those games. As for Queen Creek, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

Casteel and Queen Creek were almost perfectly matched up in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, but Casteel suffered an agonizing 39-38 defeat.
