Soccer Recap: Archbishop Carroll Comes Up Short

Archbishop Carroll was the 5-3 winner over McKinley Tech when they last played one another back in September of 2016, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions came up short against the Trainers on Tuesday, falling 4-0.

Archbishop Carroll's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for McKinley Tech, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1-1.

Coming up, Archbishop Carroll will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against St. Mary's Ryken at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for McKinley Tech, they have already played their next contest, an 11-1 defeat against Jackson-Reed on the 17th.
