Baseball Game Preview: East Leopards vs. Olympus Titans

For the second straight game, East will face off against Olympus. The Leopards are taking a road trip to challenge the Titans at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: East has struggled recently with seven defeats in a row, while Olympus will arrive with seven straight wins.

Saturday just wasn't the day for East's offense. They lost 12-0 to Olympus on Saturday. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since April 14, 2023, but that streak is no more.

East saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Lunt, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Olympus' victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-7. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.1 runs on average over those games. As for East, their loss dropped their record down to 6-17.
