Volleyball Recap: Shenendehowa Falls Despite Big Games from Hadley Ennist and Kylie Fountain

Shenendehowa was the 2-1 winner over Webster Schroeder when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Plainsmen fell 2-0 to the Warriors on Saturday.

Kylie Fountain and Hadley Ennist certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Fountain had ten digs, while Ennist had eight kills, five digs, and four blocks. Ennist has been hot, having posted five or more kills the last five times she's played.

Shenendehowa's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Shenendehowa is headed away from home for the first time to square off against Guilderland at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. The game will give the Plainsmen their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Webster Schroeder, they will face off against Our Lady of Mercy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
