Basketball Recap: Fairport Victorious

While Fairport didn't have the best season last year (they finished 2-13-2), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against the Webster Thomas Titans by a score of 50-38 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Red Raiders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Fairport's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Webster Thomas, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fairport will square off against Penfield at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Webster Thomas, they will be playing at home against Victor at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
