Basketball Preview: Pearland Oilers vs. Alief Taylor Lions

Alief Taylor got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Nathan Kongolo out in front who scored 19 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which Kongolo has scored at least a third of Alief Taylor's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nefi Taiwo, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds.
Pearland's loss dropped their record down to 18-13. As for Alief Taylor, they pushed their record up to 19-10 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home.
