Ada came tearing into Tuesday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Shawnee Indians 8-1. Considering the Bulldogs have won 16 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Ada's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.4 runs on average over those games. As for Shawnee, they moved to 13-11 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Ada will be playing in front of their home fans against Lincolnview at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Shawnee, they will be taking part in a tournament against Elida at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
