Soccer Recap: Bradley-Bourbonnais Snaps Six-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Bradley-Bourbonnais scored first but ultimately less than Andrew in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Thunderbolts by a score of 3-2. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Bradley-Bourbonnais came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 74th, while Andrew are ranked 215th).

Gaudalupe Valadez wasn't going to let Andrew walk away unscathed as he scored both of Bradley-Bourbonnais' goals, bringing his season total up to seven goals.

Bradley-Bourbonnais' loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-6. As for Andrew, their win bumped their record up to 4-5-2.
