West Fork took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against North Butler, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Warhawks came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bearcats on Saturday, sneaking past 2-1. This was payback for the Warhawks, who suffered a 3-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

West Fork is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for North Butler, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.

Looking ahead, West Fork will host St. Ansgar at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Butler, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Iowa Falls-Alden on the 13th.
