Stowe is a perfect 6-0 against Lamoille since October of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Raiders will take on the Lancers at 11:00 a.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Stowe is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Vermont's top teams: Harwood, who was ranked 13th at the time (Stowe was ranked tenth). The Raiders fell just short of the Highlanders by a score of 3-2 on Monday. Stowe have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Lamoille fell victim to Hazen and their airtight defense on Thursday. They fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that Lamoille have lost by just one goal.

The defeat was their first at home , dropping their record down to 4-2. As for Lamoille, they now have a losing record of 2-3-1.

Everything went Stowe's way against Lamoille in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, as Stowe made off with a 10-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
