Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Imagine Prep). They breezed by the Western SciTech Aztec Warrior to the tune of 99-5 on Thursday. The Storm have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 matchups by 31 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Aaliyah Chacon, who almost dropped a triple-double on 44 points, nine assists, and 23 steals. Those 23 steals gave her a new career-high. Lauryn Hartwell was another key player, going 10 of 18 to rack up 22 points and eight boards.

Imagine Prep smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 24 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 16 offensive boards in three consecutive contests.

Imagine Prep's win was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 12.6 points over those games. As for Western SciTech, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Looking ahead, Imagine Prep will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Sequoia Pathfinder Verrado Way at 7:00 p.m. Imagine Prep's defense has only allowed 13.6 points per game this season, so Sequoia Pathfinder Verrado Way's offense will have their work cut out for them. Western SciTech does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
