Dane Wright posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over seven innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-low in earned runs (zero).
