Baseball Recap: Denver East Takes a Loss

Denver East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Denver South Ravens. If the Angels were looking for revenge after losing 11-1 to the Ravens when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Denver East's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Denver South, they pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Denver East didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 8-0 defeat against Vista PEAK Prep on the 8th. As for Denver South, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 9-1 loss against Denver North on the 8th.
