The Lakota West Firebirds will square off against the Wayne Warriors at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lakota West is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

Friday just wasn't the day for Lakota West's offense. They came up short against Mason on Friday, falling 10-0. The Firebirds' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Lakota West saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Leah Witmer, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Meanwhile, Wayne beat Bellbrook 7-2 last Monday.

The victory got Wayne back to even at 1-1. As for Lakota West, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
