Softball Recap: Cedarville Comes Up Short

If Cedarville was riding high fresh off their 11-3 takedown of Greeneview last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Indians lost 18-0 to the Fairbanks Panthers on Wednesday. The Indians have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Cedarville now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Fairbanks, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1.

Looking ahead, Cedarville will be playing in front of their home fans against East Clinton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fairbanks, they will take on Jonathan Alder at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
