Jones Robinson produced his best game of the campaign on Friday: he struck out seven batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with two or fewer walks. On the season, he has an ERA of 3.73 over 15 innings pitched.

Robinson's strong effort led Swain County over Cherokee and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
